Pursuant to NRS 278.02327, Washoe County has just 3 DAYS to determine completeness of submitted applications.
Most development projects will be required to host a neighborhood meeting prior to application submittal.
The purpose of the neighborhood meetings are to integrate community feedback into development plans before they are submitted to the County for approval.
